Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisor or manager experience.
• Understanding of MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Proficient with computers and programs (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Able to manage department budgets and ordering supplies.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a current/valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Provides day‑to‑day oversight of the environmental service operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, counseling, and continuing education to staff; coach, mentor, motivate, and assess performance.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and budget compliance.
• Identify problems and potential solutions to improve department efficiency.
• Track department inventory, order supplies, and maintain adequate stocks.
• Oversee safety and quality standards, ensure OSHA compliance, and address hazards.
• Ensure equipment and items are in proper working order.
• Assist in hiring, discipline, and staff management processes.
• Ensure accurate timecards and PTO requests; support training initiatives.
