University of Washington Bothell currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full Time Custodian Supervisor 2 (E S WFSE Cust Supv)(Nights)
This individual will interview and recommend selection of applicants, conduct training, assign and schedule work, act upon leave requests, conduct annual performance evaluations and recommend disciplinary action, supervise staff, train subordinates, and perform administrative responsibilities such as recommending budget levels for supplies and equipment, staffing levels, staff training requirements, and department policies and procedures.
Custodian Supervisor 2 Nights is responsible for overseeing the Custodian Supervisor 1 Nights, and in their absence, directly supervising all operations (including all staff that directly report to the Custodian Supervisor 1 Nights) would be appropriate.
The Custodian Supervisor 2 Nights would also be responsible for directly supervising all operations and staff that normally report directly to the Custodian Supervisor 2 Days in their absence.
