Job summary

INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL CLEANING GROU seeks a night shift Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning crews, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to contract specifications.

You will coordinate equipment, ordering of supplies, schedule work with office approval, and report daily activities with documentation. The role requires 18+ years, supervision experience, strong English, physical stamina, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 Years of age or older.
• Must have experience in Supervision and Detail Cleaning.
• Able to communicate efficiently verbally and written English.
• Physically able to perform assigned work; stoop, walk, bend, lift over 50lbs, kneel, crouch, climb.
• Pay attention to detail.

Job Summary-

Work hand-on-hand with crew, Supervise the performance of each cleaning crew member, equipment- order of supplies and inventory, vehicle maintenance- reporting and arrange scheduling with office approval, arrange work schedule and other necessary materials. Responsible for the safety of personnel and automotive vehicles, and equipment. Must be able to comply with the requirements of the specifications, observe and report any misconduct of the rules, regulations and procedures followed accordingly to the policy and procedure handbook. Must communicate staffing attendance and daily scope of work at end of day to office with supportive documentation such as photos, gas receipts, vehicle expenses and mechanical expenses, etc.

Job Qualifications-

• Must be 18 Years of age or older

Work Conditions-

Employee will work inside/outside the perimeters of various buildings that are covered under the Contract. You are responsible for working everyday other than weekends, unless there is a need for it! During Winter, we have Snow Removal Services that would need to be anticipated for "temp workers" as required by the contract.

Work Schedule-

Sunday to Friday from 11PM to 7AM. (Overnight). Weekends- Fri- Sunday 11PM to 7AM
