Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms and facilities, floor care, and event setup. The role offers part-time hours (≈20+ per week), Monday–Friday 10:00 am–2:00 pm, with occasional evening/weekend support for events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, wet mop, and dry mop floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean windows, doors, and interior surfaces.
• Remove debris from entrances and grounds.
• Set up/break down tables, chairs, and furniture for events.
• Perform periodic floor care and carpet maintenance during breaks.
• Porter duties: move boxes, furniture, and supplies; assist as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Custodian to perform general cleaning and floor care in an educational facility in the Brentwood area. This position plays an important role in providing a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, faculty, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, wet mop, and dry mop floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, doors, and other interior surfaces.
• Remove debris from building entrances and surrounding grounds.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and furniture for school events.
• Perform periodic floor care and carpet maintenance during school breaks.
• Perform porter duties, including moving boxes, furniture, and supplies, and completing other assigned tasks as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures, cleaning standards, and quality expectations.

Work schedule:

• 20+ hours per week.
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Opportunity to work additional hours, with occasional evening and weekend work required to support special events throughout the year.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check required for school employment
