Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role requires performing daily janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement, 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
