Job Skills / Requirements

• Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas.
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, trash removal, restroom sanitation, window washing, snow and ice removal, and cleaning of furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Follow instructions from custodial supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Excellent work history.

• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; not required.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus.

Physical and Working Conditions

• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Extensive walking and standing required.
• Work in various temperatures from hot to cold.
