Job summary

Chimes International LTD in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a part-time Custodian to clean offices, restrooms, and public spaces, Monday through Friday evenings.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, setting up for events, and reporting maintenance issues. • Help set up and break down furniture for special events.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways when needed.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all safety and contract guidelines.
