Job summary

Chimes District of Columbia. in is seeking a part-time custodian for an evening shift at Fort Meade, MD. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, with duties including cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, and assisting with event setup.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Empty trash and restock restroom supplies
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other surfaces
• Spot clean carpets and handle basic floor care
• Help set up and break down furniture for special events
• Remove snow and ice from walkways when needed
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Follow all safety and contract guidelines
