Chimes District of Columbia. is seeking a part-time cleaner to perform cleaning duties at Fort Meade, MD, with an evening schedule from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The role involves cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting safety concerns. The position is part of the AbilityOne Program and offers benefits including a medical plan, life insurance, disability coverage, a 403(b) plan, holidays and PTO, and opportunities for growth

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces.
• Empty trash and restock restroom supplies.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other surfaces.
• Spot clean carpets and handle basic floor care.
• Help set up and break down furniture for special events.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways when needed.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all safety and contract guidelines.
