Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, restroom maintenance, waste disposal, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma or custodial experience and a valid Real ID for site access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or at least six months custodial experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain facility access credentials and pass background checks.
• Must have a valid Real ID for site access.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment.
• Dust and clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and door panels.
• Maintain restrooms, showers, and washrooms; replenish supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality results.
