Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Real ID for site access; valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 3 years licensed driving and age 25+.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors with appropriate equipment.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and request supplies as needed.
• Follow safety standards when using equipment.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professionalism.
