Job summary

CSL in Greenville, SC is seeking a dedicated custodian responsible for cleaning and maintaining the collection center facilities. You will keep break rooms, waiting areas, and workspaces tidy, and ensure equipment is in safe working order.

The role requires high school diploma, at least 3 months of custodial experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. We value safety, confidentiality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the break room, donor waiting area, and center facilities.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and remove trash.
• Clean windows and doors daily.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs, painting, minor plumbing and carpentry.
• Monitor grounds and parking areas; pick up litter as required.
• Assist in recycling and repackaging of shipping materials.
• Inspect and restock restrooms; replace supplies.
• Receive supplies and move between storage and released areas.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and promote safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of all center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas; overtime may be required.
