Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex custodial work for assigned locations.
• Cleans, dusts, disinfects, and sanitizes spaces.
• Operates floor maintenance equipment (strippers, buffers, vacuums, extractors).
• Restocks supplies and reports needed repairs.
• Trains other custodians as needed and supervises when required.
• Maintains and inventories custodial equipment and supplies.
