Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with custodial cleaning and basic repairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming; strip, wax, and polish floors and furniture.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; polish brass; clean windows.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Maintain exterior areas by mowing, trimming, and snow shoveling as needed.
• Perform minor repairs and replace bulbs; report major damage.
• Move furniture and deliver supplies efficiently.
• Keep inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.
• Maintain custodial equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with painting and other maintenance tasks as required.
• Open/close facilities and ensure security and safety.
