Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Six months of custodial, grounds maintenance, and athletic field work experience and/or training.
Valid Arizona Driver's License.
OSHA training and SDS training.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect offices, common areas, conference rooms, lobbies, hallways, breakrooms, and public spaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, partitions, dispensers, floors, and fixtures.
Refill consumables (toilet paper, towels, soap, hand sanitizer).
Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, spot-clean floors and maintain surfaces.
Assist with meeting and event room setup and breakdown.
Monitor custodial closets and report supplies or repairs.
Identify and report maintenance, safety, security, pest, or custodial concerns.
