Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs recurring tasks under direct supervision in accordance with established practices and cleaning schedules.
• Changes in work methods or procedures are indicated by a supervisor and work is reviewed to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Performs lighter manual tasks in stripping, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, spray buffing; dusts and rearranges furniture.
• Washes windows, vacuums carpets, cleans restrooms and fixtures, replaces consumables, and maintains sanitation throughout the building.
• Cleans the interior and exterior of buses as needed; maintains discipline and reports issues to administration.
• Maintains grass, sidewalks, and grounds; attends trainings to improve performance.
