Job summary

Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, MN is seeking a 0.8 FTE environmental services worker for day, evening, nights and variable shifts. This role helps maintain a clean, safe hospital environment to support patient care and staff.

The successful candidate will have prior custodial experience in healthcare or similar settings, a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintaining cleanliness of hospital, clinic, nursing home, or professional building preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and be flexible with changing demands of service.

Responsibilities

• Provides a clean and safe environment for patients to receive care and for staff to provide care.
• Cleans and services all areas of the hospital according to established procedures.
• Moves light equipment or furniture occasionally per department request.
• Performs a variety of environmental services and cleaning duties to help maintain cleanliness of the hospital.
• Other duties as assigned.
