Job summary

Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, MN is seeking a 0.8 FTE Environmental Services team member for day, evening, nights and variable shifts. You will help maintain a clean and safe hospital environment for patients and staff, following established procedures.

Qualified candidates should have attention to detail, ability to multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced setting. The role offers a competitive benefits package for 0.5 FTE or higher, including medical, vision, life insurance, tuition

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintaining cleanliness of a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or professional building preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and be flexible with changing demands of service.

Responsibilities

• Provides a clean and safe environment for patients to receive care and for staff to provide care
• Cleans and services all areas of the hospital according to established procedures
• Moves light equipment or furniture occasionally per department request
• Performs a variety of environmental services and cleaning duties to help maintain cleanliness of the hospital
• Other duties as assigned.
