Job summary

Chester County Intermediate Unit is seeking a full-time nightside Custodian for the Technical College High School Pickering campus in Phoenixville, PA. The base schedule is 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with pay range $20.65–$22.53 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining facilities, trash removal, event setup, and operating cleaning equipment. Join Team CCIU to help provide a safe, clean learning environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods.
• Previous experience in a school custodial position preferred.

• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items.

• Operate buffer, floor-care machines, vacuums, drills, and other small power tools.

At the present time, a vacancy exists within the Administrative Services department of the Chester County Intermediate Unit for a full-time, nightside Custodian.
