Variable shifts/days/locations, includingafternoon and weekend shifts; typical shift start times are Sundaythrough Saturday, with potential start times between 7:30 am and4:00 pm.

Salary:

Hourly rate: $19.24 starting; $20.12 working

No travel

Brief Statement of Duties:

Under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Graduation orEquivalent
• Required Specialized Training/Certifications: Valid motorvehicle operator's license as required.
• Required Minimum Work Experience: Combination of one year ofexperience in custodial and/or building maintenance work inhotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutionalsettings.
