  • Sweep and mop all inside staircases daily.
  • Sweep and clean all outside staircases/entry ways daily.
  • Empty all trash inside and outside, and in every hallway and foyer, and other common areas daily.
  • Place wet floor signs out after mopping any floors.
  • Service all paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizers in labs and classrooms, as requested.
  • Maintain entryways, clean windows, mats, remove nests and debris; manage supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that assigned buildings are cleaned and maintained properly.
  • Service and clean all restrooms, and empty trash, twice daily.
  • Sweep, mop and/or vacuum all floors in every hallway and foyer, and other common areas like vending machines areas, daily.

  • Empty all trash inside and outside, and in every hallway and foyer, and other common areas like vending machines areas, daily.
  • Place wet floor signs out after mopping any floors.
  • Service all paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizers in all labs and classrooms, as requested.
  • Maintain all entryways, cleaning all windows inside and out, all interior and exterior entry way. mats, removing of wasps' nests, spider webs, and any other debris.
  • Maintain adequate consumables, paper products, trashcan liners, cleaning supplies in all assigned buildings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • No experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in higher education custodial services.
