Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is looking for a new Custodian/CSR to help them shine! We are searching for hardworking, dependable individuals to join the team as our company continues to grow. We have an immediate opening for a custodian who wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal custodial team members will have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with others. The CSR works well with co-workers and customers, understands and follows explicit instructions, both oral and written, and can communicate effectively using basic skills. Good judgment in decision-making is required, and training others or demonstrating work processes may be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing metal/wood, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycling bins, transporting waste)
• Light maintenance (replacing bulbs, restocking supplies)
• Following safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Responding to supervision and taking direction
• Using proper personal protective equipment
• Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct
• Transporting small equipment and tools, cleaning common areas, and assisting with restocking supplies

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent education
• Ability to read simple words and numbers, communicate effectively, and perform basic math
• Valid driver’s license if driving on company or personal vehicle for work, with proof of registration and insurance
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Compensation: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 12PM
