We’re looking to hire a dedicated and hardworking Janitor who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. Responsibilities include dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, offices, kitchen areas, hallways, entryways, emptying trash, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
• Clean windows, supply restrooms, report issues, request supplies
• Wipe up spills and hazards with sponges and squeegees
• Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning
• Write reports of cleaned areas and notify the manager of repairs
• Autoscrubbing
• Fill in for staff during call-offs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of janitorial experience
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment
• Excellent stamina and physical health
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
