Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas in a night-shift role. The position requires performing janitorial duties, using cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment in a team setting.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; maintain acceptable MVR.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and cleaning tasks.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team and assist shift lead as needed.
