Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian for the evening shift to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and follow daily schedules while upholding safety standards.

The role requires the ability to read instructions, communicate effectively, and work with a team. A valid driver's license may be required; 3–6 months training or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Valid driver’s license may be needed based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities including collection, sorting, labeling, and packaging as required.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
