Champaign County is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) to perform routine cleaning of about 20,000 square feet and handle mail services for the county. The role reports to the Custodian and Grounds Manager and is part of the Facilities department.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment. The union AFSCME contract governs this position.

Performs routine cleaning of floors, offices, and public spaces. Performs mail services for the County.

The pay range for this position is $18.45 - $23.38 depending on qualifications.
