Pay Range

This range is provided by SBM Management Services, LP. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting waste to proper disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinets/rooms)

Qualifications

• Custodial experience is preferred but not required
• Passing a drug test will be required
• Basic English proficiency is required

Work Schedule

Shifts: 7:00-4:00 pm or 4:00 pm-1:00 am / Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
