Avenues Recovery Center Prince Frederick is seeking a dependable custodian to maintain a clean, safe facility. The role supports the Executive Director and ensures daily operations run smoothly at our 93-bed residential center.

Candidates should have strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail to uphold high standards. No formal education is required, but at least two years of related experience is preferred, and sobriety is valued for those in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant.
• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage, etc.
• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant
