$16.00/hr - $16.85/hr

Job Description

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with others. We offer innovative employee programs, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycling bins, proper disposal)
• Light maintenance (replacing bulbs, restocking supplies)

Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to interpret instructions and documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• 3-6 months of training or experience preferred, or equivalent education

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm to 12:30am

Compensation: $16.00 - $16.85 per hour
