PK Property Services has been providing exceptional commercial property services in the Twin Cities and surrounding Metro area for over 20 years. We are a market leader in custodial services, offering quality custodial work, project floor maintenance, landscaping, snow plowing, and more.

This position is for a 2nd shift, part-time role in Saint Paul, MN, with immediate openings. Work hours are Monday and Friday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, with pay starting at $16.00 per hour.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Custodian at PK Property Services ensures a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for our clients. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning designated areas according to facility needs
• Washing windows, sanitizing, dusting
• Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
• Waste disposal and restroom cleaning
• Completing daily work reports
• Collaborating with on-site staff to complete tasks
