Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Custodian to maintain our facility and assist where needed. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with shifts from 6:00 am-2:30 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm. The role involves cleaning floors, restrooms, and equipment, plus assisting with production and safety checks.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, can work around chemicals, and perform basic maintenance. The position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be comfortable working around chemicals and other cleaning products.
• Must have basic maintenance skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Must be self-motivated, able to complete a task to the best of her ability under little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Provide light maintenance to equipment.
• Move product as needed to facilitate production.
• Daily equipment upkeep/safety inspections.
• Keep production area & facilities clean and neat.
• Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment.
• Perform basic routine upkeep on facilities.
• Responsible for communicating with other departments to assist with production.
• Associate will be crossed trained in multiple areas to help as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Custodian will be responsible for the maintenance of the facility or plant, and will provide assistance where needed.

Starting pay per hour is $16.00

6:00 am-2:30 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
• Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds
• Machinery and tool operation require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats;loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted
