Saber Building Services Inc. in Royal Oak, Michigan, seeks a dependable custodian for a part-time evening role in a professional office building near the South Main Street corridor.

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, offering a consistent three-day routine. You will clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, empty trash, dust surfaces, vacuum with a backpack, and mop floors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Able to operate a backpack vacuum.
• Reliable with consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 5:30 PM–9:30 PM.

• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors

Requirements

• Must be comfortable cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum
• Must be comfortable working independently and alone
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks

Pay: $16.50 per hour
