Job summary

Saber Building Services Inc is seeking an experienced Custodial Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day cleaning operations at a professional office complex in Farmington Hills, MI. The position offers steady hours Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with pay between $17 and $19 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid

Saber Building Services is excited to welcome an experienced Custodial Operations Supervisor to our team at a professional office complex near the West 12 Mile Road corridor in Farmington Hills. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a team, maintaining high standards, and playing an active role in the success of the building.

The Custodial Operations Supervisor will provide day-to-day leadership to custodial employees while helping ensure cleaning standards are consistently met throughout the facility. This role requires someone who can lead by example, address operational needs, and remain actively involved in the success of the account.

This is not a desk-only management position. Our operations leaders are working managers who lead from the floor—supporting employees, supervising day-to-day cleaning operations, solving problems, and stepping in alongside their teams when needed. These positions play an integral role in our business , helping us deliver consistent service to our customers while building strong, dependable teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support custodial employees while providing clear day-to-day coaching and direction
• Oversee cleaning quality and respond professionally to client or building service needs
• Work alongside the custodial team and take an active role in cleaning operations when needed
• Support overall building operations, including staffing coverage, employee training, supplies, equipment, and multi-site needs as assigned

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience required
• Previous management or supervisory experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining actively involved in custodial operations

Pay: $17 - $19
