Job summary

Saber Building Services Inc in Madison Heights, MI is seeking a dependable Custodian for a healthcare facility near the West 13 Mile Road corridor. This part-time role offers a consistent three-day workweek: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with pay at $16 per hour.

You will clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, empty trash, dust surfaces, vacuum floors, and maintain a neat overall appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Dependable and consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning and facility safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas and clean hard-surface floors
