Job summary

Saber Building Services Inc is a Michigan-based commercial cleaning company dedicated to respect and teamwork while delivering reliable service. We are seeking a part-time Custodian for a manufacturing facility in Livonia with a consistent Mon/Wed/Fri schedule.

The role focuses on custodial cleaning, trash removal, dusting, and floor care, with a strong emphasis on reliability and following safety procedures. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable cleaning restrooms.
• Dependable and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning and facility safety procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial cleaning throughout assigned areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas and clean hard-surface floors
• Maintain a clean and orderly appearance throughout the facility

Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a manufacturing facility near the Tech Center Drive corridor in Livonia. This position works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week , making it a great fit for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule.
