Job summary

Saber Building Services Inc in Troy, Michigan is hiring a dependable custodian to join our team at a professional office complex near the I-75 and Crooks Road corridor.

If you take pride in seeing results and enjoy being part of a team, this role offers steady hours with a 5:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule and an opportunity to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming with a backpack vacuum, floor care, and other custodial tasks, with competitive pay of $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum.
• Dependable with consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other assigned surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep, mop, and perform routine floor care throughout the facility
• Other custodial duties as assigned
