Responsibilities

• Registers emergency patients promptly and accurately.
• Creates accounts for all hospital-admitted patients.
• Answers incoming phone calls and directs them appropriately.
• Greets patients and family members.
• Maintains all accounts for patient appointments.
• Maintains cash drawer.
• Brings forth new ideas to supervisors.
• Covers for absences as needed.
