Location: 1225 Mid Valley Dr, Jessup, PA 18434

PA100 Distribution Center

Part-time Shift(s):

• Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 8:00pm
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

Overview:

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team-oriented individuals to work in our fast-paced warehouse. As a Part-time Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing minor repairs, painting, and other routine maintenance duties. This position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom services
• Performing minor repairs and painting at our facility
• Disinfecting commonly touched surfaces like door handles, drinking fountains, counters, and tables
• Maintaining inventory supplies for cleaning and ordering products as needed
• Complying with health, safety, and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety, and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Capability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, up to 100lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
• Successfully pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen, background check, and employment verification
