Duties

Keeps building and assigned areas neat and clean at all times.
Sweeps classrooms daily, cleans corridors and stairwells each day and during the day when necessary; dust, polish, and rearrange furniture as needed.
Washes and disinfects washrooms, all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains.
Cleans chalkboards/whiteboards, erasers, and empties trash containers.
Washes windows, door glass, and door frames.
Wet mops floors, vacuums, and shampoos carpeted floors as required.
Maintains custodial closets in a neat and orderly condition.
Cleans buildings and various spaces on campus, including cadaver lab.
Waters and trims plants in common areas as required.
Performs set‑ups for meetings/workshops when required (moving furniture and/or equipment).
Performs duties related to snow removal as required.
May assist with answering departmental phone calls.
Performs related duties as assigned.

Education / Experience

High school or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of 0–3 months experience in a related field. Please list any relevant experience on your resume/application materials. A basic resume and cover letter is required.

$15.23 – $16.30 per hour + exceptional benefits
