Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant (Custodian) for Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater in Oklahoma. The role is part-time, hourly, and non-exempt, with work centered on cleaning and waste disposal in a high-traffic venue.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, offices, concourses, and outdoor areas, plus assisting with event setup, teardown, snow/ice removal, and landscape tasks. Evening and weekend shifts are common as events occur.

Qualifications

• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good judgment.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in environmental services or custodial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas inside and outside the building.
• Empty and sort trash; transport waste to disposal areas and recycle as needed.
• Operate custodial equipment and assist with event setup/cleanup.
• Restroom cleaning and supply replenishment; sanitize public areas.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and landscape maintenance.

Job Title: Environmental Services Attendant (Custodian)

Location: Pinnacle Bank Arena, Pinewood Bowl

Department: Operations

Reports To: Environmental Services Supervisor

FLSA Status: Part-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Under general supervision, responsible for cleaning and waste/trash disposal of an assigned area. Maintain all areas inside and outside of the building including but not limited to restrooms, offices, concourses, locker rooms, sidewalks, parking landscapes, both during an event and nonevent times. This includes but is not limited to replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, trash removal and sorting, vacuuming, washing, lawn work, snow and ice removal. Working events is an essential requirement of this position, staff will be expected to regularly work concerts, sporting events, graduations, festivals, and other events at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain the general building and ground in a safe and clean manner.

• Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks as required or assigned.

• Empty trash and wastebaskets.

• Transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas, and sort recycling as needed.

• Operate custodial equipment and other related equipment as required.

• Set-up & tear-down of tables and chairs for events and assist with event clean up.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.

• Clean and sanitize other public areas around the premises.

• Assist with snow and ice removal.

• Assist with landscape maintenance.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills :

• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.

• Work independently and as a team, exercising good judgment and initiative.

• Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, and patrons.

• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to walk for extended periods of time.

• Ability to walk up and down stairs.

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Physical demands of prolonged repetitive motions normally associated with mopping, sweeping, buffing, dusting, and climbing.

• Ability to work inside or outside environments.

• Hours are event based, and daytime hours are limited.

• Experience in similar setting preferred.

Education and/or Experience

• Previous environmental service experience preferred.

• Must be 18 years or older
