Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant (Custodian) to clean and maintain Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater. This part-time, hourly role covers event and non-event periods, including restrooms, concourses, offices, and exterior areas.

The position requires the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including day, evening, weekends, and holidays. Prior environmental service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in janitorial or environmental services preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general building and grounds in a safe and clean condition.
• Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks as required or assigned.
• Empty trash and wastebaskets.
• Transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas, and sort recycling as needed.
• Operate custodial equipment and other related equipment as required.
• Set-up & tear-down of tables and chairs for events and assist with event clean up.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean and sanitize other public areas around the premises.
• Assist with snow and ice removal.
• Assist with landscape maintenance.

Job description

Job Title: Environmental Services Attendant (Custodian)

Location: Pinnacle Bank Arena, Pinewood Bowl

Department: Operations

Reports To: Environmental Services Supervisor

FLSA Status: Part-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Under general supervision, responsible for cleaning and waste/trash disposal of an assigned area. Maintain all areas inside and outside of the building including but not limited to restrooms, offices, concourses, locker rooms, sidewalks, parking landscapes, both during an event and nonevent times. This includes but is not limited to replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, trash removal and sorting, vacuuming, washing, lawn work, snow and ice removal. Working events is an essential requirement of this position, staff will be expected to regularly work concerts, sporting events, graduations, festivals, and other events at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical demands of prolonged repetitive motions normally associated with mopping, sweeping, buffing, dusting, and climbing.
• Ability to work inside or outside environments.
• Hours are event based, and daytime hours are limited.
• Experience in similar setting preferred.

Education And/or Experience

• Previous environmental service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older
