Job summary

Families in Transition (FIT) in Manchester, NH is seeking a Custodian for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM). The position centers on maintaining clean facilities to create a welcoming, safe space for clients and staff.

You will lift up to 50 pounds and work independently or with a team. FIT offers comprehensive benefits and paid time off to eligible employees.

• Perform minor maintenance tasks and report repair needs
• Assist with room setups and special projects as needed
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Custodian to join our team!

Position: Custodian

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour (based experience)

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
