Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff at the club. The role involves daily cleaning of fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas, plus exterior upkeep and stock management.

Ideal candidates have janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. CPR/AED certification is required or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the club, including fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club.
• Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items for the facility.
• Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Assist with service to the members and guests when required.
• Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift or move up to 50lb.
• Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and reach to perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
