Mi Escuela Montessori in Lakeland, FL is seeking a dependable School Custodian to join the Facilities & Operations team. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

You will perform daily custodial tasks, assist with building maintenance, and help ensure health and safety standards. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms and common areas, maintaining floors, removing trash, restocking supplies, and reporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Custodial experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must successfully complete a background screening and drug testing.

Position Summary

The School Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position performs daily custodial duties, assists with building maintenance, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards.
