Job summary

Dominican Oaks is a retirement community in California seeking a Custodian to maintain clean and orderly common and office spaces, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Six to nine months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning of common areas including carpet cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sweeping, mopping and stocking supplies.
• Picks up and empties all resident trash and recycling, as well as trash in common areas.
• Stocks bathroom and cleaning supplies.
• Prepares vacant apartments for new residents.
• Sets up meeting spaces for use by various groups.
• Prepares schedule for carpet cleaning of all building areas and submits to supervisor each month.
