Job summary

South East Education Cooperative Consortium is seeking a Custodian for Kindred High/Middle School. The role involves an evening shift from 2:30 to 11:00 pm during the school year, with daytime hours when school is not in session.

Start date is as available, with pay base on experience and a minimum of $19.00 per hour, plus benefits. The custodian will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and staff, performing cleaning, basic maintenance, and small repairs as

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and work with others.
• Ability to do basic troubleshooting with minor maintenance, repairs.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
• Must be able to do manual labor, climb ladder and to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to provide proper cleaning and care of building, sites, furniture and various kinds of equipment, supplies, and instructional materials.
• Basic computer operation skills needed to communicate through email, and monitor HVAC system.

Pay Rate: Base on experience with a minimum of $19.00/hour
