Job description

This custodial position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and foyer areas. The role involves regular cleaning, supply management, and sanitation to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Responsibilities

1. Clean and mop foyer areas, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
2. Maintain high housekeeping standards across the facility.
3. Collaborate with building leadership to ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping, restroom, and break room essentials.
4. Sanitize high-traffic areas at least four times daily, adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of housekeeping, janitorial, and sanitation supplies.
2. Ability to interpret Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) instructions.
3. Diploma or GED equivalent.
4. At least one year of housekeeping or janitorial experience.
