OOIDA, Inc. is seeking a reliable Custodian to join our team in Grain Valley, MO. This full-time role keeps our office environment clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

You will operate and maintain cleaning equipment, perform routine sanitation, assist with event setup, and help maintain outdoor areas. Adaptability to changing priorities and occasional off-site projects are required; OSHA and related regulations must be followed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment safely and effectively, reporting issues as needed.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, toilets, tubs and showers daily; maintains sanitary conditions.
• Damp dusts furniture, light fixtures, window sills, cubicles and baseboards.
• Assists with event setup and teardown.
• Maintains cleanliness in outdoor areas such as walkways and entryways.
• Adapts to changing priorities and facility needs; works on special projects off-site when required.

OOIDA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors in our office facility.
