Job summary

Goshen College seeks a full-time Custodian for day shift, working 40 hours weekly from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Primary duties include cleaning campus buildings as part of a team under the Team Leader’s direction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a custodian preferred, but not required. Training will be provided as needed.
• Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Involves routine cleaning duties and occasional operation of floor or other machines. Some additional hours, including weekend/evening work, may be required during special events.

This position pays $13.60-$14.60 per hour depending on experience and is eligible for full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a custodian preferred, but not required. Training will be provided as needed.
• Basic computer skills are required. Must have the ability to enter timecards online and read and answer email.
• Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
