Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting waste to disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, and willingness to share knowledge with the team
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment upkeep and care
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience.

Shift:

This is a part-time, on-call position for shifts:

• Monday-Friday
• 1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 9:00pm - 5:30am

Compensation:

$16.13 - $16.53 per hour + $3.00 premium
